Partner, National Security
As a Partner in National Security and Next Generation Solutions, Tim Bartholomay brings over 25 years of Program Management and Software/Systems Engineering experience to Blue Canopy after working with General Dynamics Information Technology, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon. He has worked on multiple R&D engineering teams developing next generation C4ISR and strategic weapon systems. He has also successfully led P&L on complex global national intelligence programs in access of $90 million annually.
Tim leads Blue Canopy’s Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) IDIQ Program Management Office and manages Big Data Analytics and Agile Development programs for the Defense Intelligence Agency and Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate. He will focus his expertise to further develop solutions that assist intelligence community clients to rapidly transform, integrate and secure their IT enterprises in preparation for tomorrow’s threats to national security.
Tim earned his MBA from Regis University in Colorado, a B.S. in Engineering from Southern Illinois University, and is a certified Project Management Professional, Cloud Ready Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and ITIL Practitioner. He served in the U.S. Air Force active and reserves for 24 years, completing his military career as a Special Operations Instructor Navigator and Special Operations Command Joint Staff Officer.
